Start a conversation

1. Open Ask SafetyBot.

2. Type your prompt in the multi‑line input (placeholder: “Ask SafetyBot anything…”).

3. Click Submit to send your message.

Conversations and history

Conversations are saved automatically so you can pick up where you left off.

SafetyBot maintains all of the interactions in a conversation as "context" and provides answers to prompts based on that context. If you change the focus of your questions (i.e., "change the subject"), modONE recommends starting a new conversation.

• To start a new conversation, click the pen/paper icon in the top‑right corner.

• To continue a conversation, click its name in the sidebar.

• Hover over a conversation in the sidebar to reveal the three‑dot menu:

  • Rename conversation

  • Delete conversation

Response actions

Each SafetyBot response includes a three‑dot menu with a single action:

Status indicators

• Connection status shows Connecting or Connected.

• Service status shows Service is Healthy (or a message if there’s an issue). If the connection stalls, a browser refresh may be required.
