Working with Curricula

Click "Skill Builder (Beta)" on the modONE Main Menu to navigate to Skill Builder. The Skill Builder start view displays a list of curricula.

Curriculum List View

The default curricula view includes a list of both active and inactive curricula. To limit the view to only active curricula, click the "Display Inactive Curricula" checkbox.

To select a curriculum, click the icon beside the desired curriculum. This will activate the "Assignments" tab of the curriculum menu bar.

Curriculum Menu

When working with curriculum, there are three tabs available in the menu bar:

Assignments

The Assignments tab displays active assignments and status. See the Assign and Monitor guide for more details.

Module Builder

The curriculum content is assembled in the Module Builder tab. For more details, see the Build Training Modules guide.

Settings

The Settings tab describes the curriculum and configures key settings that dictate, among other things, how the curriculum gets assigned. For more details, see the Configure Curriculum guide.

Other Curriculum Actions

Clone Curriculum

Click the icon to clone a curriculum. The result will be an identical copy of the selected curriculum (excluding assignments). The cloned curriculum will be set to inactive.

Delete Curriculum

To delete a curriculum, click the icon. Only curriculums without assignments are eligible to be deleted.
