Getting Started

Once a curriculum is selected, click the "Module Builder Tab" to activate the Module Builder.

Click the "Create Module" button to create a new training module. This will activate the Module Builder popup.

In the " Name " field, enter the new module's name and a description in the "Description" field.

Team members will see this information when assigned to this curriculum. Ensure that this information helps the team member understand the module's intent.

The module builder supports two sources of content. Links to internal modONE content and PDF files uploaded to modONE.

modONE Content Links

Click the Link modONE Topic button to activate the Content Selector. The content filter and search capabilities are the same as those available throughout the platform when working with content.

When finished, click the "Close" button to close the Content Selector.

Upload File Content

Click the Upload PDF File button to activate the Upload File and Configuration dialogue. In the Topic input field, enter the topic. Click the "Upload File" button to browse and select a file on your computer (or your company's shared drive).

The selected file must be in PDF format and not exceed 50 megabytes in size. If more capacity is needed, please contact modONE support (support@mymodone.com).

When finished, click the "Close" button to close this dialogue. Continue uploading files until all desired content has been added.

Click to view the content and associated comprehension questions.

To select the content, click the icon. Continue until all desired modONE content has been added.

This dialogue supports the creation of comprehension questions associated with the uploaded topic. Like modONE content, these questions will be presented with the associated training topic. See the for detailed instructions (starting with step 2).
