Alert History

The Alert History page provides an overview of alerts you have created. From here, you can manage alerts in different states and take follow-up actions.

What You Can Do in Alert History

  • Overview of Alerts Sent – See a list of alerts you’ve created.

  • Active Alerts

    • Update the call to action due date/time by clicking the calendar with a + icon.

    • Resend the alert to recipients that have not yet responded to the call to action (if required) or viewed the alert (when a call to action is not required) by clicking the circular arrow icon.

  • Clone an Alert – Create a new alert with the same content and settings.

  • Draft Alerts – Edit or delete alerts that are still in draft status.

  • View Content – Open any alert to see the full message that was composed.

  • View Recipients - View a list of Team Members that received the alert (available for alerts in Active or Closed status).

Tracking delivery status and recipient responses is done on the Dashboard, not in Alert History.

Why Use Alert History?

Alert History is your record of what’s been created and sent. It provides a quick way to:

  • Reuse alerts without starting from scratch.

  • Adjust due dates on active Call to Actions.

  • Resend active alerts.

  • Manage drafts before they’re sent.

  • Review the exact content of past alerts.

  • View a list of alert recipients.
