Quick Start

Need to send an alert fast? Follow these four steps:

1. Select Recipients

  • Choose recipients by Location, Job, Role, or Team Member.

  • Aggregators: Select which Member Organization(s) should receive the alert.

  • Verify the Recipient List to confirm who will be notified.

2. Compose the Message

  • Enter a Subject and required Nudge.

  • Add details, optional video (up to 90 seconds), or a Call to Action.

    • Set the Call to Action expiration (2 hours–5 days, default 24 hours).

  • Attach Library content if needed.

3. Review & Send

  • Fix any validation errors.

  • Preview the alert.

  • Click Send Team Alert.

4. Alert History

  • View an overview of alerts you’ve sent.

  • View the recipient list.

  • For active alerts with a Call to Action: update the due date/time.

  • Clone alerts to reuse them.

  • Edit or delete alerts in draft status.

  • Open any alert to review its content.

Best Practices

  • Keep your Nudge short and clear.

  • Always double-check the Recipient List before sending.

  • Use Call to Actions when you need acknowledgment or compliance tracking.

  • Check Alert History after sending to manage due dates or reuse past alerts.
