Scheduling Options

There are three ways to add content to the calendar: One-click Scheduling, Advanced Scheduling and Send Now.

Pro Tip: Once set up, one-click scheduling will support the vast majority of scheduling needs.

On this popup, you define the following settings:

  • Call to Action: if you want a call to action, the type, message, and timing (for more information, see the Call to Action guide)

  • Attendance: Indicate if you want to take attendance associated with your scheduled content. If Attendance is yes, the "Location Lead First" option appears. When checked, this option enforces the rule that the Location Lead (defined when maintaining locations in Organization Settings) must first respond to the call to action before attendance is available to their Team Members.

  • Notification Scope: The role within your organization that will receive a notification about this content

  • Comprehension Settings: If comprehension questions are defined for the chosen content, indicate when you want the questions to appear

Click the "Set as Default" button to save these settings for future use.

When you click the one-click schedule icon beside a piece of content, the content is scheduled on the indicated schedule date, and the default settings are applied.

In situations where there are additional options that you would like to set when scheduling your content, clicking the advanced scheduling icon will present you with all of the available content options. See the Content Options guide for details regarding each option.

When scheduling content using One-Click and Advanced Scheduling, the earliest you can schedule is tomorrow. In cases where you need to send the content immediately, click the Send Now icon. The Content Options popup will appear with all of the available content options (see the Content Options guide for details regarding each option). When you click the "Validate and Send Button," a final popup will appear confirming that you want to send the content immediately.

AutoSchedule

AutoSchedule is a new, rules-based approach to scheduling content. The AutoScheduler is configured with a set of rules that guide modONE to choose relevant content (based upon historical causes of loss) and schedule it on a cadence that you define. This is currently an advanced feature that can be requested by contacting modONE support.
