Once a curriculum is selected, click the "Assignments Tab" to activate the Assignment Manager.
When activated, the Assignment Manager displays team members assigned to the curriculum, organized by their status.
The available actions vary depending on the completion status:
Set or revise the due date for the assignment by activating the due date input field.
To create new assignments, click the "New Assignment" button to activate the Assign Team Members window.
A team member assignment must be completed to be reassigned to a curriculum.
To assign team members individually, set the due date (optional) and click the "Assign" button beside the desired team member (if the team member previously completed this curriculum, the button will be labeled "Reassign"). Repeat this process until all team members are assigned. Click the "Back to Current Assignments" button to return to a list of current assignments.
To assign more than one team member at a time, click the selection circle beside the team member's name. A green check will appear. You can deselect selected team members by clicking on the selection circle.
When team members are selected, the "Assign Selected" button and the "Due Date" input field at the top of the employee list become active. Once you have selected all desired team members and set an optional assignment completion due date, click the "Assign Selected" button. The platform will create an assignment for each team member. The list of current assignments will automatically appear. Note that this process may take a moment to complete depending on the number of team members selected.
When the days to complete setting is activated, the default due date field found on the top right of the team member list, defaults to the current date plus the days to complete value. Updating this field updates the due date field for all team members.
To fully complete a module, the team member must provide an electronic signature indicating they "completed and understood each training topic within the module". When present, this signature and timestamp are displayed.
Click the icon to activate a popup that displays detailed completion status.
Click the icon to notify the team member of the assignment. If a notification was sent previously, this icon will be green. Hover over the icon to display when the last notification was sent.
Click the icon to remove the assignment.
Click the icon to activate the Assignment Progress Summary popup. This popup provides the overall status of each curriculum model along with the status of each module topic. Click on any quiz score to see the team member's result.
Click the "Skill Builder Log" button to generate a log of all curriculum assignments for chosen locations. A pop-up listing locations where a team assignment exists for the curriculum will appear. Choose the desired locations and click the "Generate Log" button. The log will be displayed in a new browser tab. Click the icon to create a PDF report.
