Use the SafetyBot Assistant
SafetyBot helps admins create and update content quickly while keeping structure and quality consistent.
SafetyBot is built into the Content Creator to help you move fast without losing control. You pick the structure and intent, SafetyBot builds the first draft, and you decide what gets saved or published.
SafetyBot may generate errors or incomplete information. Always verify guidance with your company’s safety policies and applicable regulations.
Create Content
Use the Generate tab to draft new content based on your topic and the structure you want to deliver.
Step‑by‑step
Click Ask SafetyBot and choose the Generate tab.
Generation Context
Topic: Enter the topic (if a topic is already set in the editor, it appears here and can be edited).
Cause of Loss (optional): Choose from the dropdown if it applies.

Content Structure
Content Scope: Choose how deep the content should go.
Quick Refresher – a short, single‑focus reminder for quick reinforcement.
Safety Briefing – a structured briefing (ideal for regular scheduled content like toolbox talks).
Deep Dive – expanded, more detailed guidance suited for deeper training (similar in depth to Skill Builder topics).
Narrative Approach: Choose the format of the content.
Point‑by‑point – structured sections that walk through key points.
Myth vs Fact – address common myths and clarify the reality.
Incident Case – scenario‑based narrative that shows how things go wrong.
Free Style – open narrative flow without rigid structure.
Reading Level: Select the reading level for your audience.
Additional Guidance (optional): Use Context to add background you want SafetyBot to consider.
Click Generate Content.
SafetyBot runs in the background and can take 25–30 seconds. You don’t need to stay in the window while it finishes—your draft will be ready when you return.

Chat with SafetyBot
Chat mode gives you a free‑form space to ask questions, refine phrasing, or explore ideas without leaving the Content Creator. Each chat starts with context from the current summary, content, and quiz, so the conversation stays anchored to the item you’re working on.
Conversations are saved and reloaded each time you return to chat for that content.
What you can do in chat
Ask SafetyBot anything in the free‑form input (multi‑line). Placeholder text: “Ask SafetyBot anything…”
Click Submit to send your prompt.
Each SafetyBot response includes a three‑dot menu with quick actions:
Copy the response

Replace title, summary, or body
