Content Viewer

The Content Viewer displays content detail and, if the call to action has not yet expired, allows the Team Member to complete a quiz (if applicable) and respond to the call to action.

Launching the Viewer

The Content Viewer is launched by clicking a row in the Content Inventory list or clicking a link in an email or SMS notification.

Viewer Controls

The controls appearing in the Content Viewer depend on the Team Member's role, the content settings, and the content itself. The following is a brief description of each control:

Attendance Instructions

Click this button to show a brief set of instructions for logging attendance. This control will only appear if the Organization uses the modONE Attendance module, attendance is activated for the content being viewed, the call to action has not expired, and the Team Member's role is Team Leader.

Print Content

Click this button to print the content using the browser's print dialogue. This control will only appear when detailed content is present.

Launch/View Quiz

Click this button to launch the quiz associated with the content (or to see the results if the quiz is already complete). This control will only appear when comprehension questions are included with the content and, when scheduling content, the option to conduct the quiz is selection.

Scroll to Call to Action

Click this button to scroll to the call to action. This control will only appear when the call to action is not complete and has not expired.

Go Back/Go To Content Hub

Click to return to the Content Inventory within the Content Hub.
