To activate the Training Assignment popup, click the icon.
The popup displays the Team Member's training assignment history and all curricula eligible for assignment.
To assign curriculum individually, click the "Assign" button beside the desired curriculum (if the team member previously completed this curriculum, the button will be labeled "Reassign").
To assign more than one curriculum at a time, click the selection circle beside the curriculum name. A green check will appear. You can deselect the selected curriculum by clicking on the selection circle.
When curricula are selected, the "Assign Selected" button at the top of the curricula list becomes active. Once you have selected all desired curricula, click the "Assign Selected" button. The platform will assign the team member to each selected curriculum. The assignments history list will automatically update. Note that this process may take a moment to complete depending on the number of curricula selected.
When finished, click the close icon at the popup's top right-hand corner.
If the "Days to Complete" curriculum setting is active for an assigned curriculum, a due date will automatically be set by default. If not, the due date field will be empty. Click this field to set or update the due date (optional).
Click the "Skill Builder Log" button to generate a log of all team member assignments. The log will be displayed in a new browser tab. Click the icon to create a PDF report.
