Manage Member Organizations

An Aggregator Organization is a special organization type that groups organizations together. Organizations that belong to an Aggregator are called Member Organizations and are managed by this page.

When the organization type is Aggregator, a Member Organization section will appear at the top of the My Organization page. This section allows for the addition of a new member organization and the deactivation of current member organizations. To see a listing of Member Organizations, click the "Show" button at the top-right corner of the Member Organization section. Click "Hide" to collapse the section.

Switching Between Organizations

An Organization Selector appears in the top right-hand side of all modONE pages (just below the page header) for Aggregators organizations. To change organizations, click the Organization Selector and choose a Member organization.

Add Member Organization

1. Click the "Add Organization" Button

2. Type the Member Organization Name in the Member Organization input field. Click the tab key to move to the short name field.

3. Type the Member Short Name in the Short Name input field.

4. Click the NAICS Code dropdown and choose the NAICS code for the Member Organization.

5. Type the number of employees in the Number of Employees input field.

6. Click anywhere in the Full Name input field to activate the editor. Type the Member Organization's Lead Full Name. Click the tab key to move to the "goes by" field.

7. In the Goes By input field, type the name that the Member Organization's Lead goes by. Then, click the tab key to move to the title field.

8. Type the Member Organization's Lead Title in the Title input field. Click the tab key to move to the email field.

9. Type the Member Organization's Lead Email in the Email input field.

10. Click the "Add Member Organization" button to create and add a new organization as an Aggregator member.

To make additional updates to the new Member Organization, click the Organization Selector and choose the desired organization.

Deactivate Member Organization

To deactivate a Member Organization, click the "Deactivate" button beside the desired organization. Once deactivated, users can no longer sign in to the organization, and the information will not be accessible to the Aggregator.
